‘Govt to repeat ’25 May’ if Imran Khan gives call for long march’

Islamabad: The government will repeat “25 May” if Imran Khan leads a long march to Islamabad, said senior journalist Muhammad Malick.
Speaking on Rauf Klasra’s YouTube channel, Malick said he has been told by people sitting in the government that they would have no option other than use of force if PTI brings protesters to push for a fresh election.
He said that the government would not think of consequences of the crackdown against the PTI.
Malick said that the ruling coalition is convinced that they would lose the election due to the decisions they have taken recently.
He said that the government wants some time before the elections are called.
Rauf Klasrs also confirmed that the situation would become worse if issues are not resolved between Imran Khan and the establishment.
