‘I was not in the room’: Hina Rabbani Khar becomes target of new Twitter trend

Islamabad:Hina Rabbani Khar is the new target of a hashtag trend on Twitter after PTI supporters started sharing a clip of her old interview about drone attacks.

At one point in her interview, when she was told her former boss and then prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani approved of drone attacks as long as they killed the right people, Hina Rabbani Khair said she was not in the room when the former premier might have said this.

Imran Khan’s chief of staff Shahbaz Gill and other PTI supporters started using hashtag #iwasnotintheroom to target Hina Rabbani Khair on Twitter.
