Jemima reacts to PM Imran’s statement about vulgarity
London: Jemima Goldsmith, the former wife of Imran Khan, on Wednesday reacted to the prime minister’s recent remarks about rape and vulgarity.
The mother of Khan’s two sons took to Twitter to share a Daily Mail report on the Pakistani prime minister’s remarks that drew condemnation women rights activists.
Jemima shared the news with a verse from the Holy Quran that read, “Say to the believing men that they restrain their eyes and guard their private parts.” Quran 24:31.
The onus is on men.”
In another tweet she said Imran Khan she knew wanted to used to say “Put a veil on the man’s eye not on the woman.”
