Leopard kills two brothers in Pakistan’s Azad Kashmir

Mirpur: Locals in Azad Kashmir’s Neelum Valley have blamed the death of two men on a leopard releases by the Wild Life Department into the forest.

According to the locals, two brothers were attacked by a leopard when they were cutting grass in Athmuqam area of the valley.

A video shows villagers recovering the bodies from the forest, with one saying that leopards wearing radio collars were released in the area by the Wild Life Department.

They said that the dead bodies were moved to the District Headquarters Hospital Athmuqam.

The deceases were residents of Palri Village.

Samaa TV journalist Amiruddin Mughal posted the video filmed by the villagers.
