No parrot cages for President House: CDA asked to withdraw tender

Islamabad: President Arif Alvi has taken a very serious notice on the publication of tender notice by CDA for construction of new cages for parrot at the President House (Aiwan e Sadr), said a statement issued on Thursday.

A spokesperson for the President House said the notice was taken on reports that appeared in section of media.

The President has ordered immediate withdrawal of the said tender notice and initiation of inquiry, the statement said.

It said the tender notice has been released without obtaining approval from the competent authority.
