Peshawar’s Charsi Tikka owner arrested for kissing foreign tourists

Peshawar: The owner of Peshawar’s famous Charsi Tikka has been arrested for allegedly kissing his customers.

Nisar Khan alias Charsi was taken into custody for kissing his customers, including some foreign tourists, on the road, said senior journalist Iftikhar Firdous.

Former prime minister Imran Khan was served with Charsi Tikka during his long stay in the provincial capital after the removal of his government in Islamabad in 2022.

Nisar Khan reportedly made his famous dishes for the former cricket hero when Khan was staying in Peshawar to evade arrest.
