PM Imran did not say he introduced Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan to the world
Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan is being ridiculed for his comments about legendary singer Nusrat Fatreh Ali Khan.
The prime minister was criticized and mocked after a Naya Daour website reported that Imran claimed he had introduced Nusrat Fateh Ali to the world.
The statement attributed to the prime minister is incorrect as he did not say he was the one who introduced Khan to the world.
Speaking at an event, Imran Khan said he took the singer to shows abroad to raise funds to build Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital.
