PM Imran loses authority to dissolve National Assembly after no-confidence motion submitted

Islamabad: After the submission of the no confidence motion on Tuesday, Prime Minister Imran Khan has lost the authority to dissolve National Assembly till the move fails and he survives.

According to legal experts, no provision in the constitution bars the opposition to table it again and again.

Contrary to speculations doing the rounds, no six month gap is required to table no-confidence motion.
