PTA to block Cryptocurrency websites

Islamabad: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) will approach the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA ) for blocking websites dealing in cryptocurrencies.

The move is aimed at preventing fraud and possible money laundering.

Those who are interested in trading have an alternative in the form of Pakistan Stock Exchange & Pakistan Merchantile Exchange.
