Shireen Mazari hits back at Geert Wilders for celebrating Imran Khan’s ouster

Islamabad: Former Humans rights minister and senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shireen Mazari on Thursday called out controversial Dutch politician Geert Wilders for celebrating former prime minister Imran Khan’s ouster.

Taking to Twitter, Geert wrote, “The former prime minister Imran Khan calls me blasphemer in front of a screaming crowd. So glad this hate monger is no longer in office.”

In a Twitter statement, Mazari wrote, “This is an insult of our beloved Prophet PBUH. Imran Khan was absolutely right in calling him a Blasphemer. IK has been in forefront of raising his voice against Islamophobia. Why is Crime Minister now keeping silent – this is not about IK but about Islam & our Prophet PBUH.”
