Sindh governor addresses dog’s viral video

Karachi: Sindh Governor Imran Ismail on Wednesday released a statement addressing a viral video of dog being carried away in a Governor House vehicle.

The video was made by Pakistan People’s Party’s MPA and minister Talpur from his car.
