Trump calls CNN fake news over coronavirus question

Washington: President Donald Trump CNN called fake news when the network’s senior White House correspondent asked a question about his response to coronavirus outbreak in the country.

During a media interaction, CNN’s Jim Acosta told sought the president comments, saying some of the Americans are concerned that he is not taking the crisis seriously enough and that some of his his statements don’t match with what health experts are saying.

“That’s CNN, fake news. God ahead,” Trump answered.
