UCP Lahore firing instills fear in residents

Lahore: People are demanding the government take action over an armed clash between two groups near the University of Central Punjab.

Videos of armed mem using heavy weapons on Monday surfaced online, with residents of the area asking the authorities to take action against the gangsters involved.

No gunman was identified but locals said that it was not for the first time that the area reverberated with heavy firing.

They said that police should take action before innocent people are affected by the violence.
