Watch: What Hareem Shah says about her Twitter account

Karachi: A Twitter account linked to TikTok star Hareem Shah on Thursday rocked Pakistan when it posted a purported video of Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed in a video call with Ms Shah.

Although neither the TikToker is clearly visible in the footage nor the politician is seen getting involved in any objectionable discussion, most of the Twitter users including some senior anchor persons decided to spread the tweet making it one of Top hashtag trends in Pakistan.

Neither Sheikh Rashid nor Hareem Shah has commented on the matter but if the TikToker is to be believed an old video of her suggests that she has no Twitter account.

In a video that circulated on social media some months ago, Hareem Shah and her friend Sandal Khattak are clearly saying that they have not presence on Twitter.

Hareem Shah is heard saying that whoever is running the Twitter account in her name and whatever is being shared from the handle has nothing do with her.

Shah further said that there are numerous accounts on Twitter that are being run in her name.
