Woman claiming to be Colonel’s Wife booked by Mansehra police

Mansehra: Police have registered a case against a woman claiming to be a colonel’s wife for misbehaving with policemen.

The unidentified woman sparked countrywide outrage as the video of the incident went viral.

According to police, a woman threatened, insulted, misbehaved with and interfered with the lawful duty of police officials on the express way in District Mansehra.

The police said an FIR has been lodged against the woman in Police Station City of Mansehra.

The police officials were employed on contract for CPEC security and doing their lawful duty. According to police, they showed extreme restraint composure and calm despite being insulted.

No police official has been suspended; nor any case registered against any police official.
