‘Laal Kabootar’ movie director asked to censor word ‘condom’
KARACHI: The director of upcoming Pakistani film “Laal Kabootar” on Friday said the censor board has objected to use of word “condom” in the movie.
Kamal Khan used his Twitter account to inform his followers that the filmmakers have been to censor the word, without elaborating.
He, however, used an emoji that seemed to show that the director found the censor board’s objection funny.
“Censor board making us censor the word “Condom,” he wrote.
Starring Ahmed Ali Akbar and Mansha Pash, the crime-thriller “Laal Kabootar” will hit cinemas on March 22.
The director also shared the trailer of the film on his Twitter account.
