London: The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 started on May 30 in England with 10 teams contesting for the title.

The opening match was played between South Africa and England .

All the contestants have kicked off their World Cup campaigns trying to get as much points on the table as possible to qualify for the semifinals.

Semifinals would be played from July 9th while the finale of World Cup is scheduled to be played on Sunday, July 14.
