Shoaib Akhtar’s mother dies

Rawalpindi: Pakistan’s former cricketer Shoaib Akhtar’s mother died on late Saturday night.

The former fast bowler shared the tragic news with his fans on Twitter in the early hours of Sunday.

“My mother, my everything, with the will of Allah, has left for heavenly abode,” Akhtar wrote.

He said that the funeral prayers will be held on Sunday after Asar prayers in H-8.
