Australia moonsighting body meets to spot Dhul Hajjah, Eid-ul-Adha moon 2020

The moonsighting body backed by over 100 Imams, several mosques and Islamic Centres across Australia will make the decision regarding sighting of the Dhul Hajjah moon on Tuesday in the country.

The body will also announce the date for the Eid ul Adha based on the evidence it receives from across the country.

According to a statement issued by the body, “All information regarding moonsighting for Dhul Hajjah 1441 will be provided on Tuesday, 21st July 2020 after Maghrib by Dr Shabbir Ahmed (Coordinator Moonsighting Australia).”
