Imam Kaaba Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais is not dead

Riyadh: Facebook and other social media websites in Pakistan are flooded with condolences over the death of Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, one of the Imams of the Holy Kaaba.

The news of his death has been dismissed by senior Pakistani journalist Iftikhar Firdous who said reports regarding Al-Sudais’s demise are fake.

Al-Sudais is held in high regard by millions of Pakistani Muslims for his beautiful recitation of the Holy Quran. His audio recordings are very popular in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and several other Muslim countries.
