WhatsApp launches Coronavirus Information Hub

With uncertainty and doubt, misinformation and fake news rearing its head and causing further distress amid coronavirus crisis, WhatsApp is globally launching a CoronaVirus Information Hub to provide users with authentic information.

The company is additionally donating $1 million to International Fact-Checking Network for #CoronaVirus Facts Alliance, which will serve as a testament to their commitment towards the safety of all their users.

The main aim of this initiative is to ensure people are well-informed with accurate information and able to make informed decisions.
