Palwasha Khan is married to Lt. Gen (retd) Zaheerul Islam?

Palwasha Khan, former MNA and a Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader is married to former ISI chief Lt.Gen Zaheerul Islam, a journalist based in Islamabad claimed on Tuesday.

Asad Ali Toor used his Twitter account to share some documents to corroborate his claim that the the PPP leader is the wife of former spymaster.

Palwasha Khan, who is a staunch critic of Prime Minister Imran Khan and quite active on Twitter, has not commented on claims made by the journalist.

Palwasha Khan on Tuesday posted multiple tweets regarding former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s departure from Pakistan but avoided confirming the claims that were made on Twitter regarding her marriage.

Veracity of the documents, pictures and photos shared by the journalist could not be independently confirmed.
