Full text of Justice Athar Minallah’s order in election suo motu case

Islamabad: Justice Athar Minallah has rejected the Supreme Court order where it ordered elections in Punjab next month.

The top court had on Tuesday ruled illegal the government’s move to delay the polls in two provinces where former prime minister Imran Khan had dissolved his local governments earlier this year.
