Karachi weather update: Friday 13-01-2023

Karachi: Minimum temperature in Karachi dropped to 5 to 7 degrees Celsius on Friday as cold wave gripped the city.

According to the Pakiatan Meteorological Department (PMD), the ratio of humidity would remain between 30 to 40 percent.

Meanwhile, rain is expected in northeast Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad and Pothohar region. Moderate to heavy rain/ snowfall is expected in Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Murree and Galiyat during the period. Dense foggy conditions are likely over plain areas of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Upper Sindh.
