Karachi weather update: Friday 25-11-2022

Karachi: The Pakistan Meteorological Department said minimum temperature in Karachi was expected to remain between 15 to 17 degrees Celsius on Friday.

It said the ratio of humidity would be 80 to 90 percent.

Private weather forecaster Pakweather.com said, last night was “Coldest night of the season so far in Karachi, temperature dropped to 16-18°C in open areas of the city. Central & Southern areas of Karachi are still above 23°C as they suffer from (Urban Heat Island) effect which keeps them warm until any strong cold wave settles in.”

Meanwhile, mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of Pakistan. However, foggy conditions are likely to develop over plain districts of Punjab during morning hours.
