It’s not correct. The gigantic hotel is only a concept presented by an Arab who thinks the luxurious hotel would be able to remain airborne for a long time because it would be powered by nuclear fuel.

According to the concept video made by Hashem Al-Ghaili, the flyinf object would be able to carry 5,000 passenger all the luxuries of the world. The maker of the video think that the flying nuclear powered hotel would someday become a reality.
