A new approach to journalism

Pakistan media on Chandrayaan 2

India on Monday launched a landmark spacecraft, Chandrayaan-2 — Moon Chariot 2, to land on the Moon, in a bid to become only the fourth nation to achieve the feat.

Chandrayaan-2 — Moon Chariot 2 — took off as scheduled at 2:43 pm (0913 GMT) from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota, an island off the coast of southern Andhra Pradesh state.

Pakistani intellectuals have urged the government to follow in the footsteps of its eastern neighbor as far as better education and scientific research and information technology is concerned.

Local media has also given coverage to the feat achieved by Indian experts with an aim to encourage Pakistani students.
