Text of Justice Jamal Mandokhail’s note in Supreme Court suo moto hearing on election delay

Islamabad: PDM lawyer Farooq H.Nayak on Friday objected to the inclusion of Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi and Justice Ijazul Ahsan in the apex court bench hearing a suo moto case pertaining to delay in elections.

Farooq Nayak told the court that he has a note written by Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail raising objections to the suo moto hearing and formation of the bench.

The chief justice looked surprised when he heard that the lawyer was in possession of the Justice Mandokhail ‘s note which was yet to be made public in the form of the court order.
