Zhalay Sarhadi clarifies remarks about Esra Bilgic

Zhalay Sarhadi, the most popular actress in Pakistan TV and film industry, has explained her statement about Turkish actress Esra Bilgic becoming an ambassador of Pakistani brands.

It may be recalled that the actress had said in an interview that making Esra Bilgic an ambassador of a Pakistani brand is a slap in the face.

The actress’ statement had sparked a controversy and was widely criticized by social media users, but now Zhalay Sarhadi has clarified her statement.

“I recently gave an interview in which I said that we have a slap in the face if we make an outsider an ambassador for our country’s brands,” Zhalay Sarhadi explained on her YouTube channel.
