13 Rajab 2019: Hazrat Ali’s birth anniversary observed

LAHORE: Muslims across the world on Wednesday paid tribute to Hazrat Ali (R.A) on his birth anniversary on 13 Rajab and renewed their pledge and allegiance to one of the greatest leaders of Islam. .

Rajab is the seventh month of Islamic calendar and birth of Hazrat Ali brings special significance to the month.

Ali, who is considered as one of the bravest humans in the Islamic history went on to become the fourth Caliph.

He was the first child to recognize Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) as messenger of God.

Muslim used social media platforms to express their love for Ali also known as the Lion of Allah.
