Ailing Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan wants his funeral to be held in every city and street of Pakistan

Khan said that that he is unwell and undergoing treatment for his disease and requested his well wishers to pray for his recovery and if he dies he wants his funeral prayers to be held in every city, street and corners of the country.
While requesting people to pray for him, the scientist said he served the nation and his fatherland with full dedication and did whatever was he was asked to do during the line of duty. Khan said he didn’t do anything wrong nor did his patriotic companions indulge in any illicit activity.
“Pakistan was dear to me, you were dear to me. Your security was my duty and I couldn’t forget December 1971,” Dr Abdul Khan said.
The nuclear scientist, in his Urdu language letter, thanked people for giving him the titles of “Mohsin-e-Pakistan” and Muhafiz-e-Pakistan”.
