Aslam who died not Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s grandson: minister

Islamabad: Several Pakistani media outlets on Monday reported that the grandson of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah has passed away.

According to the reports, the man identified as Aslam Jinnah died at the age of 70 and was buried at a local graveyard.

Commenting on the reports, Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry said on Twitter that Aslam was not the grandson of the Quaide Azam.

The minister said that Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s grandson is Nusli Wadia who happens to be one of the richest people in India.
