General Bajwa salutes PM Imran at Pakistan Day parade

Islamabad: All eyes were on Prime Minister Imran Khan and Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa when the two men attended Pakistan Day military parade on Wednesday.

Several journalists commented on the body language of the prime minister and the army chief and the “distance” between them as they witnessed the parade.

Others noted that the army chief did not salute Khan upon his arrival.

But the army chief was seen saluting twice when Imran Khan left the parade venue.

Both the men also exchanged a few words before General Bajwa saluted Imran Khan.
