Imran Riaz attacks Moeed Pirzada over interview with Matiullah Jan

Islamabad: Anchor Moeed Pirzada seems to have angered other anchors and YouTubers allied with the PTI and Imran Khan.

In a Twitter Space on Tuesday, Imran Riaz Khan criticized Pirzada and distanced himself from his views that, “We were used” by powers that be.

He also refused to accept Pirzada’s explanation of his talk to Matiuallah Jan wherein he said he thought Nawaz Sharif was subject of political victimization.

Imran Riaz said he stands by his view that Nawaz Sharif and his family was corrupt.

Self-exiled senior Pakistani journalist Shaheen Sehbai also objected to Moeeed Pirzada’s viewpoint that there was a need for reconciliation to strengthen democracy.

Meanwhile, Moeed Pirzada has been praised by senior journalists for changing his views.
