Islamabad Property Verification Center set up

Islamabad: The Islamabad administration has set up a property verification center to curb land grabbing and protect people against fraud.

The center is located near the office of Deputy Commissioner Islamabad which people can visit to verify whether the piece of land they are going to purchase is legal.

The DC Islamabad said that an online Property Verification portal would be launched which people would be able to access from anywhere.

The portal is being launched after Islamabad saw a surge in illegal housing societies.
