Karachi: CCTV video of Pak Army major murder surfaces
A Pakistan Army major was shot dead in Karachi on the second day of Eid.
The incident took place in the limits of Aram Bagh Police Station on Tuesday night near Dilpasand Sweets.
35-year old Saqib was shot in the head and died on the spot.
His body was shifted to the Civil Hospital Karachi for medico-legal formalities.
Police who previously called it an incident of resistance during robbery seem to be clueless about the motive.
SHO Mugheri when contacted later in the day termed the incident a ‘blind case’ and said nothing could be said about the nature of the incident as investigations were at preliminary levels and investigators were investigating the case from different angles.
CCTV footage of the murder has also surfaced which shows a man running after shooting the major.
