PML-N’s Atta Tarar arrested

Lahore: Punjab police on Sunday arrested Atta Tarar, the Deputy Secretary General of the Pakistan Muslim Nawaz, during the polling for the Azad Kashmir election.

PMLN leader Maryam Nawaz and other party leaders condemned the arrest of Tarar and demanded the government immediately release him.

Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said that Atta Tarar was arrested for attacking a police station and expressed the hope that he would come out as a changed man after spending three years in the jail.
