The government announced to cancel board examinations across Pakistan for 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th classes due to the coronavirus pandemic earlier this month.

The government decided that all the students would be promoted to next classes on the basis of their performance from previous year.

Ever since Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood made the announcement, students are eagerly waiting to hear something from their respective boards about their promotions to next classes.

Meanwhile, some unscrupulous elements have used social media platforms to mislead the students by circulating fake performa and application forms to get promotions. The students have been informed by the BISE Lahore and other boards to be aware of fake social media posts and trust only official website.
