PTI’s Taimur Jhagra receives backlash for making ‘sexual innuendo’ in tweet targeting PML-N
Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former Khyber Paktunkhwan minister Taimur Khan Jhagra on Tuesday received backlash for making what his critics said sexual innuendos while targeting the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
Jhagra came under fire when he quot-tweeted a PML-N tweet on the Supreme Court of Pakistan’s hearing on election suo motu.
According to majority of his critics, the PTI leader posted a suggestive tweet which can be used to describe the size and shape of a woman’s body.
Taimur Jhagra, however, denied making any such suggestion and later shared an old clip of Maryam Nawaz in which she is using the figures while commenting on a popularity survey.
