Recruitment banned in Punjab government departments by Pervez Elahi

A ban has been imposed on recruitment in all department of the Punjab government, days after Chaudhry Pervez Elahi was sworn in as the chief minister.

The ban has been imposed by Parvez Elahi’s office.

The order issued by the chief minister said the recruitment under the Punjab Public Service Commission will continue as usual.

Reason behind the ban was not given in any notification.
