Senator Faisal Javed Khan stopped at US airport?
Islamabad: A video of PTI Senator Faisal Javed Khan has been circulated with claims that he was stopped at a US airport.
The video shows Prime Minister Imran Khan’s close aide sitting with his bag before standing up and wearing his belt. Supporters of opposition parties claimed that he was singled out for search at the airport.
A user criticized him for not revealing his diplomatic status at the airport to avert the search.
But a close look at the video shows that the Senator was filmed in the baggage claim area where no question of any search arises.
The lawmaker has yet to comment on the video.
