Shahbaz Gill’s pictures released from Islamabad Police lock-up

Islamabad: Hours after a court sent Shahbaz Gill on two-day physical remand, two pictures of the PTI leader have been released from a police lock-up.

Imran Khan’s chief of staff was arrested on the charges of sedition and calling for mutiny in the armed forces on ARY News.

His statement has led to several FIRs against ARY owner Salman Iqbal and employees Arshad Sharif, Kashif Abbasi, Khawar Ghumman and Ammad Yousaf.

Yousaf, ARY’s Executive Vice President, was taken into custody in Karachi in the early hours of Wednesday.

After appearing before the court, Shahbaz Gill told a journalist that he loves Pakistan’s institutions.

No senior leader of the PTI was present during Gill’s appearance before the court.

Reporters were also not allowed to enter the courtroom.
