Telenor outage irks Pakistani consumers

Karachi: Thousands of Telenor users were rendered helpless due to unannounced outages on Thursday.

Irked by the disruptions, a large number of consumers criticized the company for what they called its failure to resolve the issue.

Responding to a query,Telenor Pakistan said that the outages were caused by a fault in optical fiber.

“Our technical teams are working on the issue so that you could be provided with quality services,” the company said in Twitter statement .

Hi. Optical fiber ki kharabi kay bais ap ko services istamal karnay mai dushwari ka samna hai. Humari technical team iss issue par kaam kar rahi hai, takay ap ko jald mayari services provide ki ja sakay. Pareshani kay liye mazrat chahte hain.
