Feedback

Over 50000 users are said to have downloaded the Pakistan Post app or Pakistan Post tracking app with some of them praising it while the others registering complaints regarding technical issues.

“The aap itself isn’t too bad, but the service of the Pakistan Post is diabolical. I normally do parcel from England to my relatives in Dist Khushab. It normally goes to Karachi or Islamabad and they are pretty professional and send it to Faisalabad. After arriving in Faisalabad, the staff there is very dodgy and does not forward it to the recipient’s area of the post office. They will keep the item there and if no one chases it, then they keep it. Last time they kept my parcel for a whole month,” said a user Mohammad Riaz.

Another user Farhan Jumani said “this is a good effort but it takes time to load.. little improvement is need to make the system work properly”.

Majority of users seemed to commend the Pakistan Post for parcel tracking app with feedback on how to improve it further.

Meanwhile, reports have emerged that the government has made it mandatory for departments falling under its authority to use Pakistan Post services for official purposes.
