Babar Azam’s practice with kids helped him hit a difficult shot against South Africa?

Babar Azam hit a record-breaking 122 to lead Pakistan to an impressive nine-wicket victory over hosts South Africa at Centurion on Wednesday in the four-match Twenty20 series.

During the match, the Pakistani captain hit the ball to four at third-man in the 17th over while playing at 114. Babar left the spectators speechless when he hit the 143-kmh yorker effortlessly for four runs.

Cricket fan Shahroz Qureshi solved the mystery behind this difficult shot by sharing a video which explained how Babar was able to come up with such an incredible shot. The clip shows Babar hitting the same shots while playing with kids at home and during the match against South Africa.

“Practice in garage with kids then apply on ground,” Qureshi wrote while sharing the video on Twitter. The similarity between Babar’s shots played against the kids and South Africa was so striking that it left cricket fans in awe of the Pakistani captain’s conviction with which he plays the game.
