Friends cast’s Insta posts about HBO reunion get 7 million likes in 1 hour
The announcement that the cast of Friends is uniting for a one off special episode has sent the fans from around the world into frenzy..
The episode featuring all six leading characters inducing Matthew Perry Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBLanc, and David Schwimmer will air on the HBO Max streaming service. A date is yet to be announced.
The actors from the 90s popular show shared a photo of the cast with a caption that read “It’s happening”.
The post which was first shared by Mathhew Perry was later posted by other members too.
The announcement received overwhelming reaction from fans including many celebrities. The Instagram post shared by five actors received over 7 million likes on the photo and video sharing app within an hour after it was posted.
Friends ran between 1994 and 2004 and its final episode was watched by 52 .5 million viewers in the US becoming the most watched TV episode of the 2000.
