Pakistan Blackout: Electricity breakdown in several cities across Pakistan

A technical fault has caused what appears to be a nationwide blackout, officials and residents say. It was not immediately known how long it may last.

The cities facing disruption include Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi.

Even the Jinnah International Airport remained without power.
